Delivery process

- After you order at the website Onf.vn, Office & Factory staff will confirm the order, pack and send the goods to your address.

- The delivery time is 2-7 days from the date of successful order confirmation, depending on the delivery address.

- When receiving goods, customers should note to perform:

Open the container (intact sealing tape) and check the quantity of goods with the bill.

Check if the actual product is the same as the one you ordered.

Check whether packaging, labels and products are damaged by transportation.

- In case the goods are delivered wrongly with the order, or the goods are broken, torn labels, the packaging is not intact, you can ask the delivery staff to confirm and refuse to receive the goods.

- You only have the right to exchange or return goods in the cases specified in the CHANGE POLICY.

 

Note about confirming orders

Confirmation by phone: Office & Factory staff will proceed to the call and confirm the information of the order.

The order will be automatically cancelled if:

- Office & Factory staff cannot contact customers to confirm orders.

- Office & Factory staff cannot contact customers at the time of delivery (up to 3 deliveries)

Office & Factory will not be responsible for resolving customer's missing or mis-delivered complaints after customer has signed and paid.

INVOICE METHODS

When performing the order, if you need to issue Value-Added invoices for your order, please fill in the box `` Export VAT Invoice '' and check/supplement information, the system will issue an invoice according to the information you have entered.

The Value-Added Invoice provided by Office & Factory will be issued as an Electronic Invoice under sales content and sent to you right after the order is successfully packaged and delivered to you. Office & Factory does not handle the re-issue of invoices for cases where you do not register information.

EXCHANGE - RETURN PRODUCTS POLICY

Office & Factory ensures products sold at Onf.vn are completely new. However, to help customers feel secure in their shopping, Office & Factor informs customers of the EXCHANGE – RETURN PRODUCTS POLICY in the following details:

Office & Factory allows checking the goods at the time of receipt with the delivery staff. Therefore, Office & Factory does not support exchange and return in case you have checked the package and signed the confirmation successfully.

 

Conditions of exchange – return products

Product technical error due to manufacturer.

If the product is still in the warranty period, it will be warranted under the manufacturer's regulations.

The exchanged product must be new, intact, not torn or cracked, show no signs of being washed and used.

Products must have full stamps, labels, warranty cards, and purchase invoices.

The product is still in the period of allowing a return.

Not applicable to products in promotions or discounts.

You can only return the product provided we do not have a replacement product of the same type (color, design, size).

 

Period of exchange - return products

Office & Factory accept exchange - return the product within 3 days from the date of successful delivery confirmation.

 

Period for exchange – returns products to customers

Immediately after receiving your exchanged - returned product, we will conduct a product evaluation, notify the result, and plan to resolve the exchange - return to the customer within 2 to 7 days.

 

Form of exchange - return products

Products can only be exchanged - returned once.

After receiving the confirmation mail from O&F, you pack the product with all accessories, invoice, warranty card, ... to the address as instructed by the operator.

 

Refund form

 

In case of product exchange:

Office & Factory will bear a 100% shipping fee for the customer if the product meets the conditions stated in Section 1 (condition of exchange - return of the product).

 

In case of product return:

A 100% refund will be issued if Office & Factory does not have a replacement product and the product must meet the conditions specified in Section 1.

Office & Factory will bear all shipping costs during product return.

In case of customers have paid online, the refund will be made within 7 to 15 days from the date Office & Factory receives the returned product.

 

Note:

Customers should take photos of the product or record video before exchanging -  returning the goods, keeping the product will help customers as evidence if problems are arising in the return process.
